Return and Exchange policy:

I will happily take any returns within a certain time frame: returns must be in original condition and shipped back within 7 days of delivery, all packaging included.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  All pieces are handmade and include imperfections- these imperfections are part of what gives my work a unique, ‘one of a kind’ quality

Any custom piece cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping:

I ship domestic and international! Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase.  ‘Made to order’ pieces are shipped in the time frame stated in the listing.  Pricing is calculated upon checkout and will vary depending on destination.  You will receive an email once the package has been shipped.Once it has been dropped off at the post office, it becomes your responsibility, any claims will go through the postal service using the tracking number you are provided with.

Repairs and resizing:

Please contact me if there is any issue with your order, each piece is carefully crafted and I want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase.  My work is built to last, however I understand things happen… We can work together and see if a repair can be made.  Repairs may be at the cost of the consumer and will be determined once damage is evaluated.  Not all rings can be resized, and will be noted in listing.

Jewelry Care:

There are a few things you can do to properly care for your ‘one of a kind’ jewelry: While each stone is set sturdy and built to last, the metal and stones used are delicate.  Removing jewelry before any strenuous activity is recommended to protect the stone, finish and patina.  Using a soft microfiber cloth is the best way to remove any surface dirt and oils.  Using warm water and a few drops of dish soap can be used for tougher spots, but should be not be used on a regular basis.  

How to purchase:

All jewelry is created solely by me and is made by hand. Small collections are released once or twice a month and you can catch sneak peeks of all my work on instagram: @burnandbloommetalsmithing
